Why wont my avvie post??!?

I've been tring to post my avvie and its like not saving that change...

alright i go into profile... next i click modify profile... after i type this in

Avatar URL: i7.photobucket.com/albums/y300/kae_d/kae.bmp
Avatar Width: 100
Avatar Height: 100

next i click modify profile. then it brings me to my profile.... i wait a minute or two and see if my avvie will load but nothing happens. so then i click on modify profile again to check and the Avatar URL: box it empty.

I can only think that it is because of where the image is hosted. Maybe try uploading it to a differen't picture host like TinyPic? I did try fixing this for you but was unable to. :/
